Adela Ciucioi has been working in KPMG's audit department since 2001 and is responsible for an audit portfolio in the following industries: industrial manufacturing, retail, infrastructure and services area. She is also the leader of the CEE Shared Service Center - KPMG Audit Delivery Academy (ADA), which provides auditing outsourcing services for KPMG offices in several countries and financial and international mobility assistance services. ADA plans to continue its development by further increasing the volume and the range of services provided and by embedding technology in its delivery model evolving from a labor intensive delivery to a combined labor& technology delivery center.
