Kārlis Urbāns

Kārlis worked in the KPMG audit department from 2001 to 2005 and specialized in auditing non-financial institutions and due diligence. Prior to returning to KPMG in 2019, Kārlis worked as an external and internal business change manager, helping more than 20 companies to develop or improve their business model, restructure or attract investment and other financing. Kārlis has managed projects for the successful sale or merger of several well-known companies in Latvia and their assets. During his career, Kārlis has worked with various business sectors in Latvia and internationally, gaining a complete insight into what is happening in the Baltic business world.
