Ieva is leading ESG & sustainability consulting practice at KPMG Latvia. She has supported companies representing transport, forestry, utilities, financial sector and other industries in their materiality assessment and development of their first sustainability reports.
Prior to joining KPMG Ieva has gained experience in policy making on sustainability and corporate social responsibility at the Employers' Confederation of Latvia and has established a GRI standards' based sustainability reporting practice at the largest state-owned enterprise in Latvia, VAS "Latvijas dzelzceļš" (railway infrastructure management company).
