Agnese Gusarova

Due to her experience holding various positions in companies/institutions operating in diverse fields, Agnese has gained a wide range of professional experience in areas such as:

• reorganization of internal processes of companies/institutions and organization of process management (internal regulatory acts; standardization and optimization of processes);
• provision of legal support for various types of transactions (including cross-border transactions);
• assessment of legal compliance;
• provision of legal opinions on various issues relevant for the company/institution;
• representation of companies/institutions in competent institutions/legal proceedings.

Agnese has practical experience in the field of personal data protection since 2002. In addition, since 2004, she has been providing training on various personal data protection matters (including as a guest lecturer at Riga Stradiņš University). Currently, Agnese is improving her knowledge in the field of data management in order to support companies/institutions in creating a structured data management process

Alongside her activities in the field of data protection, Agnese has been following the development of information and communication technologies. In order to understand and evaluate the potential of using information and communication technologies, Agnese is also currently actively improving her knowledge and awareness of current interdisciplinary issues (artificial intelligence, mobile applications, telemedicine).
