Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage various HR processes – full employees life cycle management, including performance management, as well as HR analytics and document workflow provision
  • Be interested in and keep up to date with the latest changes in HR practice and trends, labour law and the labour market
  • Take ownership of various internal projects and initiatives
  • Work with experienced colleagues and cooperate with colleagues from the KPMG Global network

Education and experience

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience of at least two years in HR field
  • Experience in HR project management will be considered an advantage.

Technical skills

  • You have a good command of MS Tools (Excel, Word, Power point) and are willing to develop and improve your digital skills
  • You are fluent in Latvian and English, both written and spoken

Personal attributes

  • You are a self-motivated and pro-active person, who is eager to learn and grow
  • You have an understanding of business processes and you are open to new ideas
  • You are “problem-solver” and possess critical thinking skills
  • You pay attention to details and are able to work within tight deadlines in a demanding environment
  • You can find common language with different types of people and have a good sense of humour
