Kristīna leads projects in the Deal Advisory department, specializing in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) service line, which covers services tailored to support all types of transactions.
She supports clients in both the acquisition and sale of companies and businesses, as well as in management buyout transactions. Kristīna also assists clients in growing their businesses by organizing capital raising processes for projects of various types and sizes from private and capital markets.
She has worked with clients from both the private and public sectors across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, IT services and technology, waste management, financial services, food service, and construction.
