Andris has 7 years’ experience in the financial industry, development of data and analytics (D&A) solutions and management consulting. His experience includes working for one of the largest banks and insurance companies in Latvia where he gained expertise in financial planning and analysis, and a great number of projects related to sales development and efficient use of data analytics. Andris has managed engagements that relate to management information systems, optimization of management reporting, automation of data analytics processes, development and implementation of business intelligence tools, development of pricing and cost models etc. His experience in projects is also related to food production industry, local municipalities and state owned companies.
Areas of expertise: automation of data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL), development of automated management reports and dashboards, definition of KPIs, development of pricing and cost allocation models, development and implementation of business intelligence tools, sales development analytics.
