Ireland – Cross-border fund notifications: New templates
The Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) has issued and published new notification and de-notification templates, effective 14 July 2024. The templates were updated following the publication of the European Commission’s new Regulatory Technical Standards (RTS) and Implementing Technical Standards (ITS) on 25 March 2024 and concerns cross-border management activities of Irish Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs) and UCITS management companies as well as cross-border marketing activities of Irish AIFMs and UCITS.
