Italy: Publication of 2023 CONSOB fees
On 13 March, resolution n. 22554 of the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) was published in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic. This resolution lays out the supervisory contribution amounts for the 2023 financial year.
All the regulatory fees, which apply to foreign AIFs and UCITS funds that are authorized for distribution in Italy as of 2 January 2023, were slightly increased and are as follows:

*ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund) is a specific type of AIF.
The fees shall be paid upon receipt of CONSOB’s payment notice and no later than 15 May 2023. The usual terms for payment were modified with resolution no. 22624 of 8 March. The CONSOB will send payment notices within 20 days before the deadline to the UCITS or the management company’s contact person, who is referred to in the CONSOB fee report submitted in January 2023.
