EU Directive 2019-1160 Transposition Update - Bulgaria
The EU Directive 2019/1160 has entered into force in Bulgaria with the Decree No. 64 as published in the Official State Gazette (issue No. 16 of 25 February 2022) without additional gold-plating. The transposition led to the amendment of the Laws 77/2011, 21/2012 and 109/2013. The language for the fulfilment of facilities services is to be in Bulgarian.
The Decree No. 64 as published in the Official State Gazette (issue No. 16 of 25 February 2022) can be accessed here and it is available only in Bulgarian.
