Belgium: Updated regulatory fees to 2022

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) communicated its regulatory fees for notification and maintenance of foreign UCITS and AIFs in Belgium, applying the 2022 index.

(1) Public undertakings for collective investment in debt claims under Belgian and Foreign Law pay a contribution equal to 0.02 EUR per thousand of the total value of their assets under management on 31 December of the previous year.
