Italy – Publication of 2022 CONSOB fees
On 7 February, resolution n. 22135 of the Commissione nazionale per la società e la borsa (CONSOB) was published in in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic. This resolution sets out the supervisory contribution amounts for the 2022 financial year.
The regulatory fees, which apply to foreign AIFs and UCITS funds that are authorized for distribution in Italy as of 3 January 2022, were all slightly increased and are as follows:

*ELTIF (European Long-Term Investment Fund) is a specific type of AIF.
The fees shall be paid upon receipt of CONSOB’s payment notice and no later than 15 April 2022. The CONSOB will send payment notices within 20 days before the deadline to the UCITS or management company’s contact person, who is referred to in the CONSOB fee report submitted in January 2022.
