As a former Head of Transfer Pricing for KPMG Middle East and South Asia’s cluster, Filip has significant expertise in value chain analysis, business optimization and restructuring, operational TP topics, along with controversy and deployment of technology solutions. Filip has worked extensively with the financial industry, with special focus on Private Equity, Asset Management, Real-Estate and Insurance, especially in order to build sustainable operating models and facilitate management of the internal organizational structure. In his role as Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity, Filip focuses on promoting and building a diverse and equitable environment that fosters inclusivity and fairness for all, contributing to a better and more sustainable future.
