For over 25 years, Chrystelle has been an active figure in the financial community in Luxembourg. Her proximity to clients, partners and leadership teams has equipped her with a deep understanding of the sector’s strategies, opportunities, and challenges. As the first person at KPMG Luxembourg to hold an EMA role, she has been instrumental in fostering a connected and effective asset management community, providing global solutions to clients worldwide. Chrystelle’s dedicated involvement in trade associations, including EFAMA, ALFI, and IRE, has strengthened her position as a trusted expert and ambassador for KPMG as someone who champions others and drives positive change. She is passionate about transforming the fund industry, with a special focus on the increasing importance of ESG factors in decision-making, because she believes that a more efficient and sustainable industry will benefit everyone. Chrystelle’s personal aspiration is to inspire others, especially women, to grow professionally by sharing her experience and advice as a career coach.
