As an ICAEW chartered accountant, and a founding leader of the KPMG private equity audit practice, Karan has gained significant experience working together with major Luxembourg and UK based private equity houses and alternative investment firms. He also leads a specialized team of qualified auditors working on the valuation of illiquid and private assets. He is actively involved in the local and UK alternative investments community, promoting the merits of the asset class and discussing the business challenges of the industry.
