Olivier Hoerold

Olivier is a Director in Advisory at KPMG Luxembourg, specializing in digital transformation and public procurement. Over the past decade, he has supported multiple ministries and public administrations in their digital transformation journeys, delivering large-scale projects that include, among others, IT and business process redesign, as well as AI strategy and AI use-case identification. He also advises public-sector clients on procurement – from tender strategy and specification writing to vendor selection.
