Armand is a tax director in our Luxembourg alternative investment group and has 11 years of tax experience in the private equity industry. He has extensive experience in the structuring of cross-border transactions but also assisted several asset managers with the setup of their fund vehicles in Luxembourg. Armand holds a Masters Degree from the University of Rennes I (France).
