Meet the speakers

Aadam Brown

Aadam

Aadam is the Head of Independent ECM Advisory at KPMG in the UK. With his team, he offers advice on a range of transactions including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Follow-ons, Capital Raisings, Dual-track processes and other Equity Capital Market (ECM) related transactions.

His main focus and professional passion is providing strategic advice to clients on the IPO process backed by detailed data-driven analysis. On an IPO transaction his role covers the process end-to-end: from pre-IPO preparation, equity story development, bank and other key adviser selection through to overall project management and detailed oversight of the execution aspect of the IPO. Aadam and his team have advised on transactions globally.

Adam Kostyál

Adam Kostyál

Adam Kostyál is Senior Vice President of Listing Services, Europe. In addition to Nasdaq Nordic Exchanges, where there are more than 800 companies listed, Adam is also responsible for the more than 120 European companies that are either primarily listed or dual listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market in the U.S. 

He started his career at OMX as a Sales Director, and then became Head of the Strategic Initiative Groups in 2006. Most recently, as Vice President of Market Technology Sales, he was responsible for sales, account management, and business development for the Eastern and Western Europe. 

Adam has held various positions with Enron, Cell Network and Bloomberg. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit de Bruxelles and speaks four languages — English, Swedish, Italian and French.  

Greta Ilekytė

Greta

Greta Ilekytė is an economist at Swedbank Lithuania for nearly 4 years now. She started her career at Swedbank in 2017 in the department of large business clients. Where she took care of project risk management, payment regulations, cooperation with fintech organizations. 

Currently, as an economist, Greta analyzes demographic and social trends, foreign trade trends, assesses geopolitical risks, and analyzes the results of individual Lithuanian business sectors.

Main areas of her interest include migration, poverty, gender equality and climate change.

At the age of twenty seven she joined ISM University of Management and Economics as macroeconomics lecturer. Also Greta conveys her knowledge and observations through article writing. She writes for official Swedbank blog, Delfi news portal about economics in Lithuania and all around the world, climate change, inflation, artificial intelligence and many more. She says that she believes that economics has the power to create positive change in the world, and she is excited to be a part of that process.

Arminta Saladžienė

Arminta

Arminta Saladžienė is a Vice President of Post Trade at Nasdaq, Arminta is leading a business unit which provides stock exchange and central securities depositories services in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Iceland, as well  as regulatory reporting and other post trade services in the Nordics. Arminta has spent 20 years with the national stock exchange in Lithuania and later on OMX and Nasdaq in various roles spanning marketing, market data, project management, product development and general management.

Arminta holds Masters in International Business from the Vilnius University and an Executive MBA from the Baltic Management Institute. Currently, a board member of Invest Lithuania, a co-founder of women leadership organization “Lydere”, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Vilnius University Endowment. Arminta is one of the initiators and the first Chair of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance set up to advance business ethics, transparency and sound governance among Baltic companies.

Vytautas Lapė

Vytautas Lapė is Project manager of investment banking division of Swedbank. His current responsibilities are company and sector research, financial modeling, valuation, execution of M&A transactions and capital raising, financial verification.

He also often represents the Swedbank company in the press as an expert, comments on investments, the latest financial market news from around the world.

Mihkel Torim

Mihkel

Mihkel Torim is Head of Investment Banking at LHV Bank. He has more than 20 years of dedicated work in investment banking, equity research and macro research, corporate finance, advisory, debt and equity capital markets. Also Mihkel managed and developed regional investment banking business across multiple countries for a large nordic bank and developed LHV investment banking into a broad regional player with multiple product offering. He took Leading roles in ECM syndicates including largest privatization transactions in Baltic region.

Mihkel’s specialties are capital raising, public offerings, private placement, transaction structures, company valuations, venture capital, management consultancy, investment management, web based business models, technology, product development, behavioral finance, consumer behavior, M&A.

Anna Isoz works as Senior Manager, Deal Advisory, Capital Markets at KPMG Sweden.

Monica Wiiburg

Monica

Monica Wiiburg is a Capital markets Director at KPMG Sweden, specializing and supporting her clients with IPO readiness incl corporate governance. She started her career at KPMG as Auditor, after five years she started working as Audit Manager, as she moved up the career ladder Monica reached her current job position.

As a counsel and attorney-at-law specialising in the fields of finance and capital markets, Lina advises businesses and investors on structuring local and international financing transactions and issuing securities. Lina also assists clients in structuring and licensing investment funds and asset managers. In 2023, The Legal 500 rated Lina as a Rising Star in the field of Banking, Finance and capital Markets.
