As we look forward and we adapt ourselves specifically to home office and travel limitations, we appreciate your patience in the coming days and weeks. We are confident that, together, we will find appropriate solutions to keep our mutual teams safe and manage any pending reporting deadlines. Our goal is to strive to meet reporting deadlines, however, in the light of current events some delays might be unavoidable. We will inform the regulators of the risk on missing reporting deadlines.

Our Firm has been taking a number of practical actions designed to reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 and they will continue until further notice:

Social Distancing

  • Our people are equipped with the latest resources to work remotely and we have put in place arrangements for large scale remote working.
  • Ongoing client engagements have moved to an offsite delivery model.
  • Face to face meetings should be avoided and should only take place under exceptional circumstances when other communication channels are not possible.
  • Business travel abroad is not permitted.
  • Employees who themselves, or a person close to them, has travelled abroad have to self-quarantine for 14 days and are not permitted to come to the office.
  • We act in accordance with all government advice.

Communication

  • Communication channels have been established to keep everyone informed.
  • Reporting deadlines are being discussed with Stakeholders including regulators and parent companies.

Self-care and Risk Minimization

  • Employees who themselves, or a person close to them, experience symptoms or have been potentially exposed to Covid-19 are not permitted to come to the office.
  • We ask that all employees follow the guidelines for basic protective measures.

Thank you for your continued support, and we wish you and those close to you the best in health and wellness.
