The seminar was held by KPMG Laos in collaboration with the Thailand-Laos Business Council and Thai Business Association of the Lao PDR on 4th November 2019 at Vientiane Capital Laos. In the event, we shared knowledge with more than 100 participants from the Thai companies about M&A in Laos from business, tax and legal views. In addition, Mr. Phetsavanh Malabandith, Deputy Director of the Tax Department, also updated the participants about the Amended Tax Law that soon will be promulgated.
