Our assistants help deliver services to our expanding range of clients and develop their own skills and experience to become one of our leaders in the Lao PDR.

• Conducts assigned audit engagements successfully from beginning to end.
• Identify and communicate client’s business risk to managers and partners.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Supervises junior auditors assigned to engagements providing guidance and overall review of deliverables.
• Ensures audit conclusion are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk.
• Ensures adequate focus on personal professional growth relevant to taking on more challenging assignments, in line with standard audit career progression – proactively seek relevant Education and training opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are looking for individuals with the following profiles:

• Graduated with relevant university degree and have at least 2-3 years of audit working experience.
• Good command of English, Good command of Chinese or Vietnamese would be an advantage
• Computer literate: especially proficiency in MS-Excel.
• Ability to work in high performing teams and under pressure.
• Strong business awareness and an ability to identify issues arising from commercial transactions
• Self-starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
