KPMG is pleased to announce the appointment of Kakha Rukhadze, Managing Partner of KPMG Georgia, as Head of Tax and Legal for KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia (CCA), effective January 1, 2026.
KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia brings together offices in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, representing a large and strategically important Tax and Legal practice across multiple markets. In this new role, Kakha also joins the Executive Board of KPMG CCA.
With a 20-year career at KPMG, Kakha brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, and a clear vision for regional growth. His deep industry expertise will be instrumental in driving the firm's Tax and Legal strategy across the CCA.

Kakha will continue to lead operations as Managing Partner in Georgia while expanding his leadership across the CCA region.
