MEDSERVICE is the first pharmaceutical company in Kazakhstan to receive a Silver Medal from EcoVadis, placing it among the top 15% of companies worldwide recognized for their sustainability performance. The company’s preparation for this international assessment was supported by experts from KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia.
According to EcoVadis, one of the world’s most trusted sustainability rating agencies, MEDSERVICE PLUS earned an impressive ESG score of 76 out of 100 (94th percentile). This achievement secured the Silver Medal and confirmed the company’s place among the global leaders in sustainable business practices.
Preparation for the EcoVadis rating was carried out with the expert guidance of KPMG. Together, the team developed a systematic approach to sustainability: conducting diagnostics, designing a comprehensive ESG strategy that integrates environmental, social, and governance practices, and implementing initiatives to measure and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The Silver Medal from EcoVadis highlights the company’s commitment to international standards and its progress on the path toward a lower-carbon future.
