KPMG Law Kazakhstan lawyers represented the lender in securing financing for a project involving the construction of a thermal power plant to ensure the production of maneuvering capacity. This project holds historical significance for Kazakhstan's power sector and aims to address the existing electricity deficit in the southern part of the country.
