LLP "KPhC Medservice Plus" has been recognized among the leaders in sustainable development, receiving the Silver Medal from EcoVadis.
This achievement confirms Medservice Plus’s commitment to the principles of sustainability and its dedication to implementing innovative solutions aimed at preserving ecological balance, enhancing social responsibility, and improving corporate governance quality.
The EcoVadis Silver Medal is the result of close collaboration with KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia experts, whose partnership helped the company strengthen its ESG practices and establish a solid foundation for further growth in sustainable business.
Challenge
Medservice Plus faced the task of integrating ESG principles into its development strategy and day-to-day operations. It was necessary to systematize the initiatives already in place, build a unified ESG management framework, and complement it with new tools and practices.
The key objective was to establish a common direction for sustainability development through the creation of a comprehensive ESG strategy and the successful completion of the international EcoVadis assessment.
KPMG Approach
KPMG professionals in the Caucasus and Central Asia designed a systemic approach, which included:
- ESG diagnostics and roadmap for improvement;
- Development of 13 corporate ESG policies (from human rights to sustainable procurement);
- Calculation of Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions using international methodologies;
- Low-carbon development program;
- ESG risk assessment;
- Preparation of a Sustainability Report in line with GRI and SASB standards;
- Preparation for SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) validation.
This achievement became possible thanks to our partnership with KPMG. Receiving the EcoVadis medal confirms that we are on the right path. It is both an international recognition and a gateway to new opportunities for our company.
