Since 1 June 2024, an amendment to the Order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 15 May 2024 No. 190-NK On Amending the Order of the Acting Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 29 September 2017 No. 263 "On Approval of the List of standard documents formed in the Activities of state and non-governmental organizations, with an indication of the period of storage" has been put into effect.¹

According to the amendment, a change has been made to paragraph 12 of the List in terms of regulatory and administrative activities related to non-normative legal acts (orders) of the head of the organization.

Thus, regulatory and administrative activities include non-normative legal acts (orders) of the head of the organization:

1. by main (production) activity;
2. by personnel (on admission (appointment, enrollment), dismissal (expulsion), relocation;
3. on personnel (on business trips, vacations, encouragement, advanced training, imposition and removal of disciplinary sanctions, certification, education, assignment of titles (ranks), change of surnames (patronymics), awarding, remuneration, bonuses, payments, allowances).

Meanwhile, the storage period of the above documents remains unchanged.
