Vyacheslav Sosnovskiy

Vyacheslav has more than 25 years of professional experience, the last 15 of which have been with KPMG and 10 of which in the industry. Vyacheslav is heading M&A, Transfer Pricing and Customs groups. Vyacheslav’s experience in transfer pricing relates to management and coordination of a significant number of tax projects of large groups of companies and individual companies in different industries Vyacheslav has extensive experience in analyzing tax risks through auditing financial statements of large international and local companies, conducting transfer pricing, tax review projects, consulting on tax compliance issues, international taxation, transactions restructuring, indirect taxation and customs regulation. Vyacheslav has engaged in a number of acquisition and vendor due diligence projects Vyacheslav's experience includes holding a seminar on practical issues of the application of legislation on transfer pricing for the Supreme Court and seminars for companies from different sectors of the economy. He participated in a seminar in the branches of JSC "KTZh" on changes in the tax code for 2019 of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Vyacheslav is an active member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Public Association) and EUROBAK Tax Committee executive team member.
