Kakha is a Head of Tax and Legal Department, KPMG Caucasus and Central Asia. He has over 25 years of professional experience advising multinational and local clients on complex tax and legal issues. This includes providing tax review and tax advisory services for local and international clients, due diligence assistance, Tax litigation, corporate reorganisations, Global Mobility Advisory Services, as well as participating in IFRS audits as an audit team member in different audits and reviews.
