Bolat Mynbayev

As the Head of the Strategic and Operational Consulting Group Bolat leads the projects on development of strategies and target operating models for leading banks in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Mongolia, including projects aimed at development of SME and investment valuation. Bolat’s project experience also covers preparation of recommendations for improvement of operations of public and quasi-public organisations and country development programmes in Central Asia. Bolat has a vast project experience in various sectors: banking, power engineering, micro-, small and medium business, real estate, agriculture, public sector, logistics, and oil and gas. In particular, Bolat has been also involved in financial sector where he led the projects on valuation of investments, performed stress testing of a securities portfolio, valued the financial instruments and analysed liquidity of the companies.
