Yekaterina Kuzmina

Yekaterina joined KPMG in 2019. Prior to joining KPMG Yekaterina had been working at one of leading Kazakhstan law firms.

Ekaterina has extensive experience in legal support of M&A transactions and investment projects. Her specialization also includes drafting share purchase and sale agreements, joint venture and consortium agreements, corporate governance, registration of real estate rights, registration of legal entities, their branches and representative offices.
