During his work in the professional field of Strategy & Operations, Yevgeniy сo-led the project on elaboration of the Concept of development for organization of the health system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in projects on development of a long-term corporate strategy for a quasi-state company in the real estate development sector, financial modeling for some quasi-state companies, co-led a project on development of methodology for determining the value of services in one of the state-owned enterprises in Kazakhstan, participated in the project on modernization of the pricing policy for one of the quasi-state companies in Kazakhstan, in the project on development of the methodology for determining the value of services in one of the state-owned enterprises in Kazakhstan, in a project on optimisation of the procurement procedures of one of the leading universities of Kazakhstan, as well as in evaluations of investment attractiveness for a number of oil and gas projects. Yevgeniy has experience in such sectors, as oil and gas, public sector, pharmaceutical industry, real estate, financial institutions and small and medium enterprises.
