  • Comprehensive diagnostics of the supply function of one of the largest mining and metallurgy combine in the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Normalization of an inventory item catalogue of goods, works and services for the oil mining and metallurgical companies
  • Development and implementation of a To-Be end-to-end process of supply and inventory management for a major gold mining and metallurgy combine in the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Assessment of maturity of the supply function for one of the largest mining and metallurgy combine in the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Reforming a tariff regulation system: electric power transmission and distribution
  • Development of To-Be processes of procurement management and procurement procedures for a large oil company in Kazakhstan
  • Improvement of a procurement model for a large educational institution in Kazakhstan
  •  Improvement of an end-to-end procurement process for a large oil company in Kazakhstan
  • Development of methodologies for implementation of cost and employed assets accounting for the entities operating in the railway, telecommunication and oil industries
  • Development of methodologies for pricing and improvement of the cost accounting system to determine the economically feasible tariffs for the company specialising in manufacturing of defense-related, dual-use and civil purpose products
