Alexey heads KPMG Law in Caucasus and Central Asia, represented by legal teams in five countries (Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan). He has more than 20 years of legal consulting experience in real estate, corporate litigation projects, bankruptcy and restructuring. Alexey's project portfolio includes major real estate transactions and M&A engagements, including legal due diligence work.
