2017年12月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
2017 年 11 月 4 日、第12回全国人民代表大会・常務委員の第30回会議で「中華人民共和国税関法（以下「税関法」）」が改正された。今回の改正は5回目となる。同法は、一部の行政許可の手続及び審査・承認手続を取り消している。また、行政サービスの手続を簡素化し、権限委譲の改革深化を目指している。
