国家税務総局が第46号公告を公布－国別報告書の情報交換に関する事項を明確化

中国では2017 年1 月 1 日から「租税に関する相互行政支援に関する条約」（以下、「税務行政執行共助条約」）が正式に施行されている。このため、国家税務総局（SAT）は、「関連取引申告及び移転価格同時文書化の管理に関する国家税務総局の公告」（以下、「42 号公告」）および「税務行政執行共助条約」の整合性を図るため、2017 年 12 月 22 日付けで第42号公告より第7条及び第8条を2016 年度国別報告書には適用しないことを明示するため、第46 号公告を公布した。
