新「外資系企業投資産業指導目録」発表、開放レベル向上

国家発展改革委員会（以下「国家発改委」） と商務部は共同で2017年6月28 日付け「外商投資産業指導目録」の2017 年改訂版（以下「新目録」）を発表した。同目録は2017年7月28 日から施行され、同時に2015 年改訂版（以下「2015年版目録」）を廃止した。
