外国籍卒業生の実務経験制限の撤廃及び在中就労許可

人力資源社会保障部、外交部及び教育部は共同して、2017 年 1 月 6 日付けで 「高等学校を卒業した優秀な外国籍者に在中就労の許可に関する通達」（人社部発[2017]3 号）を公布した。これによって高等学校卒業生でも仕事経験のない優秀な外国籍者が中国で就労できることになった（注・中国の高等学校は大学を含む高等教育機関全般を指す）。
