税関が加工貿易の革新的発展に向けた新政策を公布

中国税関総署は、加工貿易の健全な成長を促すため、税関の監督管理の一貫性及び規範化のため加工貿易に関連した公告を相次いで公布した。
税関総署は先ず2016 年 11 月 24 日に第67 号（以下「67号公告」）を公布した。同公告は、消耗品に対する税関の監督管理関連事項を明確にし、従来の一貫性を欠いていた監督管理の積弊の除去する目的で、各地の税関及び関連する加工貿易企業に実務ガイドラインを提示した。
