2016年9月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
税関総署は、9月26日に『「中華人民共和国税関査察条例」実施弁法』を公布した。同法は2016年11月1日から施行される。同法は税関の新しい査察条例に及ぶ具体的な手続きおよび権利と義務などについて、これを規範化し、企業の自主開示制度、専門機構への委託、査察手続などについて補足規定を追加した。
