税関総署が新たに『「税関査察条例」実施弁法』を公布―企業が注意すべき重点課題

税関総署は、2016年9月26日付けで新たに『「中華人民共和国税関査察条例」実施弁法』（税関総署令第230号、以下「実施弁法」）を公布した。同弁法は新税関査察条例（以下「査察条例」）の実務指針として本年11月1日から施行する。同実施弁法は査察条例の実務上における取扱いをより明確化、具体化する重要なものである。
