2016年7月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
商務部、財政部、税関総署は共同して、「アウトソーシングサービス業の重点分野育成の指導目録」（商務部、財政部、税関総署共同公告2016年第29号）を公表した。同目録は、重要な24分野をカバーしており、10分野にITアウトソーシング（ITO）サービス、次いで6分野にビジネス・プロセス・アウトソーシング（BPO）サービス、残る8分野にナレッジ・プロセス・アウトソーシング（KPO）サービスとなっている。各分野ごとに定義、業務種類、適用範囲が明示されている。
