2016年3月、税関の重要政策と最新動向
李克強首相は、2016年3月5日に開催された第12期全国人民代表大会第4回全体会議で2016年度政府活動報告を行い主要任務を表明した。そのうち、国際貿易では、「一帯一路」の建設をさらに促進させ「シルクロード沿線諸国の税関と協力体制を構築し国際物流の大動脈を整備し、国境経済協力区、クロスボーダー経済協力区、オフショア経済貿易協力区の建設を推進する」。また、輸出入の動向から、縮小傾向を食い止めるため輸出入政策、電子商取引、貿易構造の最適化、税関特殊監督管理区域の統合・最適化、貿易円滑化の促進など新たな要求を提起し、自由貿易区建設についても、さらに発展を加速して、貿易・投資の自由化を促進すると述べた。
