中国税関総署、「通関申告書記載作成規範」を改正

税関総署は最近、「『中華人民共和国税関の輸出入貨物通関申告書の記載作成規範』の改正に関する公告」（以下「20号公告」）を公布した。これは、従来規定の「中華人民共和国税関の輸出入貨物通関申告書の記載作成規範」（以下「通関申告書記載作成規範」）を改正して、輸出入貨物の荷主（荷受人又は荷送人）による申告の規範化、および輸出入通関申告書の記載要件の統一化を図るものである。このため、中国税関は、今回の改正をもとに輸出入貨物の申告及び監督管理に対する新たな要件を定めた。
