This year’s Evolving Banking Regulation focused on the Sub-Saharan African (SSA) markets and banks operating within the region. This piece is the first part of our more encompassing write-up termed the ‘African Bank of the future’ which seeks to define what the African banking landscape of the future will look like as well as the responses and preparations that leading banks will need to make to retain their leadership positions.
This first edition is focused on the regulations that are driving changes in banks operating and business models as well as Financial Risk Management.
