最新公布・ハイテク企業認定管理弁法

科技部、財政部及び国家税務総局は共同して、2016年1月29日付けで、「ハイテク企業認定管理弁法の改正及び公表に関する通知」（国科発火〔2016〕32号）（以下、「32号文」）を発布した。従来の、国科発火[2008]172号文（以下、「172号文」）と比較した場合、32号文の制定趣旨は172号文と基本的に一致しているものの、認定要件や認定手続、監督管理などについては調整及び更新が行われた。今後、管轄官庁及び企業の各政策実施と遵守が期待される。
