国家税務総局、租税条約の恩典享受に関する新規定を公布

国家税務総局は、2015年8月27日付で60号公告を公布した。 当該公告は、非居住納税者が、中国において、租税条約及び国際運輸業に関する協定（以下「租税条約」と総称）の恩典（すなわち納税義務の軽減と免除）を享受するための手続きに関して大幅な簡素化を目的にしたものである。また併せて、納税者が、税務機関へ提出する新たな納税申告報告表についても同時公布した。どちらも2015年11月1日より発効である。
