世界税関機構（WCO）は、このたび関税評価及び移転価格に関する新たなガイドラインを公布した。新ガイドラインでは、関税評価と移転価格との関係及び税関当局が、関税評価のために移転価格情報を用いて関連者取引を審査する可能性について 言及している。また、WCOは、企業が関連資料を準備するにあたり、税関当局の要求を考慮することを奨励している。
