삼정KPMG 감사위원회 지원센터(ACI)는 2017년 1월부터 매 분기마다 ‘감사위원회 저널’을 발간하고 있습니다. 본 저널은 감사위원회와 감사를 아우르는 감사기구 및 이사회 관련 사안에 대해 제도적·실무적 현황과 이슈를 파악하고, 해법을 논의하는 장을 제공합니다.
「감사위원회 저널」 제20호는 호에서는 기업이 준비 중인 사업보고서 상 감사위원회 관련 공시 항목의 잦은 오류 유형과 Best Practice 그리고 감사(위원)님께서 확인하셔야 할 횡령·유용을 방지하기 위한 감사(위원회)의 내부회계관리제도 점검포인트를 통해 시의적절한 메시지를 전달하고자 하였습니다.
