Tea Huykoeng (Vuth)

Mr. Tea Huykoeng (Vuth) is the Manager in-charge in our Tax and Transfer Pricing services. He has been with KPMG for more than 8 years in which he brings extensive knowledge and experience through his 5 years supporting tax and corporate services and in the last 3 years until now he is a key team in-charge of the TP team in KPMG Cambodia, providing assistance to clients for TP compliance; reporting and advisory.

 

Some keys relevant experiences include:

• Has extensive experience in providing market entry studies advice on the establishment of various companies in Cambodia and registration of the companies with the relevant authorities.
• Has advised numerous multinational companies on tax & transfer pricing compliance, transfer pricing dispute resolution, consulting projects and implementation of transfer pricing strategies across sectors including manufacturing, oil and gas, trading, agriculture, and service industries.
• In-charged many transfer pricing projects with other KPMGs through inter-firm engagements for many multinational companies to ensure that they are in compliance with the local TP regulations.
• Has handled various tax audit assistance services including TP audit for many difference types of companies and assisting clients in defending/negotiating with the tax authorities during tax audits and investigations. He also developed a good relationship with the tax auditors and management within the Tax Office.
