Ms. Leisha Blackburn

UKEF is the UK’s export credit agency with a mission to ensure that no viable UK export fails for lack of finance or insurance, while operating at no net cost to the taxpayer. UKEF uses a combination of guarantees, insurance and financing (often in partnerships with banks) to support exports from the UK.

Leisha recently joined the Origination team at UK Export Finance (UKEF) as a Senior Business Origination Officer, covering the Asia Pacific, South Asia and EECAN regions. Prior to this, Leisha ran UKEF’s international engagement efforts and innovative supplier fair programme, connecting the UK supply chain with high-value opportunities overseas.
